Born from the love for our grandparents.
We believe every older adult deserves comprehensive, dignified, respectful care. Da Veinticuatro is born from the legacy of my grandparents, Dámaso and Ana Clotilde, who inspired me to dedicate my life to nursing and caregiving with love.
We are a company devoted to the wellbeing of Costa Rican families, caring for patients of every age — from newborns to older adults. Which areas do you serve at home?
We serve mainly the Greater Metropolitan Area (San José, Escazú, Santa Ana, Curridabat, San Pedro, Moravia, Tibás, Goicoechea, Desamparados, Heredia, Alajuela and Cartago, among others) and, depending on the case, beyond the GAM. Send us your location on WhatsApp and we'll confirm.
Is your staff licensed?
Yes. Our nurses are duly licensed by the Costa Rican Nursing Board (CECR). The rest of the team always works under nursing supervision.
Does the first assessment have a cost?
No. The first assessment visit is free. From there we design a tailored plan and present the details before starting.
Do you provide care 24/7 and on weekends?
Yes. We offer flexible 24/7 plans, 365 days a year: by the hour, by shifts or continuous accompaniment, according to the patient's needs.
Besides older adults, who do you care for?
Patients of every age: newborns, children, adults in post-operative recovery, chronic patients and older adults.
What nursing services do you perform at home?
Medication administration (oral, intramuscular, intravenous and subcutaneous), vital signs monitoring, wound care and post-operative care, urinary catheter changes and accompaniment to medical appointments, among others.
